The owners still aren't averse to helping out those they favor, and

Mets acknowledge they got loan from MLB (AP)

The New York Mets have acknowledged they received a loan from Major League Baseball to help cover expenses in November. The team said in a statement Friday it expected to have “a short-term liquidity” problem and were helped by the league. The New York Times and Daily News said the amount was $25 million.

So over the last few days Charlie Sheen has pretty much talked his way into time off this summer. In my opinions Charlie's private life is exactly that and the dickheads at Two and a Half Men should just leave him alone.
Of course he has done some stupid stuff but if you look back at his track record he is relatively responsible in his escapades. I know I know that all sounds crazy but hey the guy is "LIVING THE DREAM" of most men! He loves baseball and hangs out with porn stars!!
