Kendry Morales Hits 25-Man Roster

Kendry Morales is on the 25-man roster; we can probably expect a press release any moment.

Update: Yup, the Times is on this one.

Morales' stint in Anaheim could be brief. Angels third baseman Chone Figgins, on the disabled list because of broken bones in the tips of the index and middle fingers of his right hand, could begin a minor league rehabilitation assignment early next week and return by next weekend.
Morales likely isn't ready for the Show, and there's no place to play him once (and maybe even before) Figgins returns; he's a first baseman from what I've seen, though he looks better than advertised defensively.

Thanks to Brian for the word.

ESPN 1300 in Baltimore has some great interviews posted on their website. Check it out!

Ben from Oriole Central loves Jon Knott, as much of us do ? for now. Hopefully, he does not go 0 for 20 and have people with pitch forks after Sam Perlozzo.

Dempsey?s Army ponders about Corey Patterson and his ability to hit lefties.

Rob from Random Reality Thoughts loves the Orioles bullpen, as do the boys from Roar from 34 and James from the Baltimore Flock ? don?t we all?

Passionate Oriole blogger Mike Boehm of Oriole Magic loves the bullpen even more and thinks it was money well spent?

The Wayward Oriole has an interesting approach to covering the team, but being different is very good?

The Orioles Insider looks back the comeback win Tuesday against the Devil Rays.
