Royals Lose 2-1 in 11 Innings

One run off a starter who had an ERA over 8 at the start of the game. One freaking run. Well, at least the Royals don't have the worst record in the AL ... until tomorrow.

Highlights

  • The pitching staff only allowed 2 runs in 11 innings
  • The hitters were 9 for 41 (0.220 AVG) with no walks. 41 batters came to the plate without one batter getting a walk. It's our time.
