Dice-K versus the Royals...

The day is here. Dice-K is starting in an official game. I'll say he'll do well, and beat the Royals, but the media attention surrounding a guy WHO HAS NEVER pitched a game in the Major Leagues is ridiculous.

The over-hyped sensation, a total creation from ESPN and Red Sox finally is in a game that counts.

I'm watching live from my office, and I'll give you my input.

It's cool to see Kansas City sold out, I just hope it's not all Red Sox fans.

Inning One:

• The Royals got a hit and a walk, but Dice-K got out of the inning unscatched. Score Boston 1, Royals 0.
